italiandualcitizenshiplaw.com Last Updated: May 2026 General Disclaimer The information provided on italiandualcitizenshiplaw.com is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Reading, accessing or using this website does not create any professional engagement between you and E. Chatzidimitriou LLC. Every Italian citizenship case is unique. The legal analysis applicable to one person’s situation may differ substantially from that applicable to another’s, even where the family histories appear similar. You should not make any legal decisions — including whether to file a citizenship application, initiate judicial proceedings or take any other legal action — based solely on information found on this Site. No Guarantee of Results Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee, warranty or prediction regarding the outcome of any Italian citizenship case. Past results in citizenship cases handled by E. Chatzidimitriou LLC do not guarantee or predict similar results in future cases. Each case depends on its own specific facts, the applicable law at the time of filing, and decisions made by Italian administrative and judicial authorities over which we have no control. Rapidly Changing Law Italian citizenship law is subject to frequent and sometimes sudden change. Law 74/2025, enacted in May 2025, represented the most significant reform in thirty years — and further legislative, regulatory and judicial developments are ongoing as of the date of this disclaimer. Constitutional Court decisions, Cassation rulings, ministerial circulars and consular practices can all affect the outcome of a citizenship case with little or no advance notice. While we make every effort to keep the content of this Site current, there may be a delay between a legal development and the update of our content. Information that was accurate at the time of publication may no longer reflect current law or practice. Jurisdictional Limitations
