  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using italiandualcitizenshiplaw.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site, including those who submit case assessment requests.

  1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and E. Chatzidimitriou LLC.

An attorney-client relationship is established only upon the execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both the client and an authorized representative of E. Chatzidimitriou LLC. Submitting a case assessment form, sending an email or engaging in any other communication through this Site does not constitute the formation of an attorney-client relationship.

Until a formal engagement agreement is signed, E. Chatzidimitriou LLC does not represent you, does not owe you any duty of confidentiality beyond general professional obligations, and is not obligated to take any action on your behalf.

  1. Informational Purposes Only

The content on this Site — including all articles, guides, blog posts, service descriptions and legal information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Italian citizenship law is complex, changes frequently, and its application varies significantly depending on the specific facts of each individual case. Information that applies to one person’s situation may not apply to another’s. You should not act or refrain from acting based on content from this Site without first consulting a qualified attorney.

  1. Accuracy of Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate, current and complete. However, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content.

Italian citizenship law — including Law 74/2025, Constitutional Court decisions, Cassation rulings and consular practices — is subject to rapid change. While we update our content regularly, there may be a delay between a legal development and the update of our Site. Always verify critical information directly with the competent Italian authority or a qualified attorney.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, E. Chatzidimitriou LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use this Site
  • Any reliance on information contained on this Site
  • Any errors or omissions in the content of this Site
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, legal guides and the Site design — is the property of E. Chatzidimitriou LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our express prior written permission. Brief quotations for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution are permitted.

  1. User Conduct

By using this Site you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in any form
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses or harmful content
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract content from the Site
  1. Case Assessment Forms

Information submitted through our case assessment form is treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional conduct rules. However, as noted in Section 2, submission of a form does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not trigger formal confidentiality obligations until a written engagement agreement is executed.

We endeavor to respond to all case assessment requests within 24 hours on business days. We reserve the right to decline any case at our sole discretion.

  1. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites including Italian government portals, consular websites and legal resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.
