Submitting a case assessment form, sending an email or engaging in any other communication through this Site does not constitute the formation of an attorney-client relationship.

Until a formal engagement agreement is signed, E. Chatzidimitriou LLC does not represent you, does not owe you any duty of confidentiality beyond general professional obligations, and is not obligated to take any action on your behalf.

We endeavor to respond to all case assessment requests within 24 hours on business days. We reserve the right to decline any case at our sole discretion.
